Welcome to Spicy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of spicy-ca.com and all services we provide. Please read them carefully before registering. By creating an account, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you're an Ontario resident, your account is operated under the iGaming Ontario framework and is subject to additional regulatory requirements.
You must meet all of the following criteria to use Spicy:
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close accounts that don't meet these requirements.
You may only hold one account on Spicy. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any balances and permanent suspension.
When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false details, including a fake name or date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms. We'll ask you to verify your identity before you can make withdrawals, and in some cases before you can deposit. This is a legal requirement, not optional.
Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may change from time to time.
We only accept payments from accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.
Processing times vary by payment method. We aim to process withdrawal requests promptly, but some methods may take several business days. We're not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
From time to time, Spicy offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if we have reason to believe they're being abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to exploit promotional terms.
We can modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while you're actively participating, we'll honour any bonus funds already credited to your account, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
All games on Spicy use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited by approved testing laboratories.
You agree not to use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with our games or platform. You also agree not to exploit any software bugs or errors. If you discover a bug, report it to us. Exploiting it is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
The following are strictly prohibited on Spicy:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
Gambling should be fun. If it stops being fun, we want to help. Spicy provides a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You can access these tools in your account settings at any time.

You can also self-exclude from all iGaming Ontario sites through the GameSense program. We take problem gambling seriously and will never try to talk you out of using these tools.
You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance will be returned to you after identity verification, subject to our standard withdrawal process.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violations, we may withhold account balances pending investigation.
Spicy provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee that the site will be available at all times or free from errors. We're not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province in which you reside and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes that can't be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to the relevant provincial regulatory authority.
Ontario players may escalate unresolved complaints to iGaming Ontario via igamingontario.ca.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of Spicy after the effective date of any changes means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with a change, you should close your account before the new terms take effect.
